This website and any mobile application or platform connected with it (collectively, "Services") are owned and operated by MRCNS, LLC, a division of Emma & Buddy, an Illinois company ("Emma & Buddy", "we", "us", or "our"). The Services provide information and products to users ("you"). Certain features may be subject to additional guidelines posted on the Website, including Agreement for Tele-Therapy Services Consent and Authorization for the Disclosure of Health Information Under HIPAA. All such terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

Arbitration notice: Except for certain types of disputes described in the Arbitration section below, you agree that disputes between you and Emma & Buddy will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access or use the Services. Emma & Buddy may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement. Emma & Buddy may refuse registration that does not meet eligibility requirements under applicable law.
